RJAE provided construction management oversight on behalf of Hamon Cooling Towers for the construction of Cooling Towers associated with the Ecoelectric Cogeneration Power Plant Project in Guayanilla. RJAE’s responsibilities include full time project field inspectors which manage the baseline and progress schedule on a weekly basis, observe that the testing laboratories perform all required tests and inspections required and ensure that the quality assurance and quality control programs are complied with. The estimated construction cost for the project is $1,500,000.
