RJAE provided complete architectural and engineering services for the design of a concrete CCTV tower located at the main track of the complex. The tower consists of a six (6) stories of prefabricated concrete pipes and slabs with a top of metal encasement for camera equipment and operator. Estimated construction cost for the project was $175,000. Other project under development is El Comandante which includes: the design of a Pony Barn, structural and environmental inspection, the design of an electrical emergency generator for the complex and improvements to the communication system.
