As part of an ongoing expansion program, Mova Pharmaceuticals Corporation entered into a lease agreement with the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) to house its new Research and Development Center. RJAE conducted Phase I and II Site Assessments of PRIDCO’s building T0309 and expansion T0309-056- 1-56 and T0309-056-2-68. The environmental site assessments were designed to ascertain the potential for the presence of significant hazardous materials or petroleum hydrocarbons in the soil.

       Work accomplished included records reviews and personnel interviews, preparation of a sampling plan and a health and safety plan, soil sampling, coordination with the analytical lab, data interpretation, and preparation of assessment reports. RJAE’s work was accomplished in accordance with the projects goals, and was completed within budget and on schedule.
