RJAE provided complete architectural and engineering services for the rehabilitation of the Minillas Tunnel with a length of 367 meters and three (3) traffic lanes in each direction and the Bellas Artes Parking and Plaza facilities. RJAE has been contracted to perform rehabilitation work required to control reported deficiencies and to control reported deficiencies and to control the corrosion potential of the steel reinforcement. The work includes the construction of additional facilities at each level, the waterproofing of the Plaza and Parking levels, improvements to the mechanical ventilation and exhaust system for the Tunnel and the rehabilitation of the lighting and power system.
