Project consisted of a 63.000 square feet, three story reinforced concrete building for educational facilities, and of a 40,000 square feet, two story reinforced concrete building used for Student facilities, with parking and site improvements including access and distribution roads, storm and sanitary sewer construction, and landscaping.
